About Me
I'm a web analyst with over 15 years' experience in mining Google Analytics data for insights.
I worked client-side for a major Australian publisher, managing and reporting on marketing sites for ten years.
I then worked agency-side as a Google Analytics specialist, helping both SMEs and multinational clients set up their Analytics accounts and make measurable changes to have real, positive impact on their site performance.
For the last three years, I've been freelancing as an analyst. I work with large and small businesses on Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager implementation, troubleshooting, and reporting to help marketers and business owners understand their websites, explain its performance to stakeholders within their own businesses, and connect their marketing ideas with actual results.
